Hi, I am Jen. I’ve been a fan of Disney theme parks since I was 5 (thanks mom & dad!). As a former Florida resident, I’ve been to Walt Disney World more times than I can count!
I was even able to live and work there for four months as a part of the Walt Disney World College Program. I’ve completed Disney Traditions training and earned my Ducktorate degree. I’ve also spent time at Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris, and I once trekked across Hong Kong by myself in order to spend a day at Hong Kong Disneyland.
Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival is my favorite time to visit Walt Disney World. My twin boys made their first Walt Disney World visit before they were two and have been back nearly every year since, staying at every level of Disney resort from value to villa. Our family has cruised on all four of the Disney Cruise Line ships – the Magic, the Wonder, the Dream, and the Fantasy for Caribbean, Bahamas, and Alaska sailings.
“You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.”— Walt Disney
I’m a Registered Dietitian and a runDisney fanatic. I blog at Eat, Run, Travel RD EatRunTravelrd.com. I took up running to participate in the Inaugural Expedition Everest Challenge in 2008. Since then, I’ve run the Wine & Dine Half Marathon in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, & 2014 and the Inaugural Tower of Terror 10-miler in 2012 as well as many local 5K’s and half marathons closer to home. I completed my first marathon at Walt Disney World in 2013 and then took on the 2014 Dopey Challenge – a 5K, 10K, half marathon & full marathon over a 4 day period. I had so much fun I decided to do it again in 2015.
I’ve been planning vacations for my family and friends for years. I love learning all the details about Disney Destinations and am Disney-trained to provide only the very highest level of customer service. I’m a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and I’d love the opportunity to help your family plan your dream vacation as well. Whether your trip is for adults-only or the entire extended family, if you want to create magical memories at Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Aulani – a Disney Resort and Spa, with Disney Cruise Line, or on an Adventures by Disney trip, let me add pixie dust to all the details with my fee-free services!
While I love working with Disney Destinations, I also enjoy other travel destinations. I’ve been across the United States, cruised for two weeks in Southeast Asia, and will be making my third visit to Europe in summer 2015. I’m a Universal Parks & Resorts Specialist and a Seaworld Parks and Entertainment Travel Specialist as well. I have earned my Accredited Cruise Counselor certification with CLIA – Cruise Lines International Association and can help you plan a cruise vacation on many different cruiselines.

Here is what just a few of my clients are saying:
“I wanted to thank you for helping us out with the trip. We all had a wonderful time. Julie and I have been giving out your info like crazy so I hope that people are contacting you. We have talked and we plan on going back in about 2 years. We will contact you at that time. I thought you might like seeing my daughter after her make over. She truly was a princess for a day (or 2, she had to wear it again for the breakfast, LOL). She did not wear the crown for long but the dress was all she cared about. Thanks again.”Jill D.
