We are currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented self-starters that are passionate about the Disney brand and Universal Vacations to join our award-winning team.
We are a gold-level Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Earmarked Agency with Disney, A Universal U-Preferred Agency, a member of the Travel Leaders Group, IATA, CLIA, and ASTA.
We are IATAN and CLIA certified and hold the required seller of travel licenses in Florida, California, and Washington.

About this opportunity:
- This is an Independent Contractor position.
- Work from home while traveling.

- We offer an online training program designed to help new agents succeed in selling Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando, Royal Caribbean International, and more.
- We offer a 3-month subscription to an online social media course that provides agents that specialize in Disney Destinations and Universal Orlando with a done-for-you social media posting plan each month, a self-paced core training in sales, marketing, and business development, and monthly bonus content designed to expand your audience and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in all aspects of the vacation planning process.
- Provide customer service for clients before, during, and after travel.
- Build and grow your own book of clients (training provided). Participate in marketing activities to drive leads and increase your sales (training provided).
- Participation in team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to include goal setting.
- Track and report commissions and performance data.
- Willingness to participate in educational opportunities, where available.
An ideal Independent Contractor would possess the following characteristics:
- Organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
- Strong written and verbal communication,
- Must have a computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
- Availability to assist clients as needed.
- Complete orientation and training (required)
- At least 3 visits to any Disney Destination within the past 5 years, with at least one in the past 24 months.
- Motivated to learn and grow as an Independent Contractor and to build your own business with our guidance.
- Actively engaged in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, etc).
- A commitment of at least 20 hours a week to devote to your business and to your clients.
- Personal travel experience to the destinations you want to specialize in.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
An Independent Contractor can expect from Mousekeplanner:
- Generous commission split. Don’t settle for a 50% commission split. We believe you work hard for your commission and deserve it! All our Independent Contractors start at a 70% commission split with the opportunuttry to reach 85%
